Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner reviews and process claims according to COIDA
Depending on the severity of the injury, employee received ongoing treatment until fully recovered
Once all the required documentation is submitted, the WCA will assess the claim to determine liability and compensation levels
Employee receives medical care and benefits as provided for in COIDA.
